Our Policies

At our Massage & Spa, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. To ensure this, we have a few policies in place.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere

Cancelation Policy

We have a strict 12-hour Cancelation/Reschedule Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give us 12 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a 50% deposit fee (per session).

Appointment Scheduling

In order to schedule an appointment and hold your spot, we require either a valid credit card, a Groupon voucher Redemption Code, or a ClassPass Reservation.

Intake Forms & Waivers

Each customer must fill out and sign our New Customer Intake Form at the time of booking their appointment at Astonished! Spa. Forms will be emailed or texted by our receptionist. Online booking requires the form to be filled out, too.

Scheduling with a GroupOn

We accept GroupOn vouchers for first time customers only. If you'd like to come back and see us again, we have many different discounts available, as well as a monthly membership which only has a 3-month commitment.
