Astonished Spa has a strict 12 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. If you're unable to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time you will forfeit your 50% Deposit, Membership credit, or Groupon Voucher.
Additionally, Membership credits and Gift cards are ONLY valid 12 months from date of purchase. There are no exceptions to this rule.
